I like your attitude. And I also like the fact that you told your boss you wont deal with them and that apparently he is okay with that. I want to work where you work.

If someone is on the phone and doesnt respond to my first question – because they’re engaged in conversation when they should be listening to my question, I ignore them. I refuse to help them. I have told my boss that I will not deal with self-centered, “world revolves around me” idiots. Plain and simple – just ignore them.
